Paola Chavez is exercising an (Honorary Position) without pay and unless a labor-contract is agreeable by the President at the EMJUF. As a Vice-President and a Registered Nurse who saw herself committed to attend nursing school after receiving a God’s gift called "Emma Julymar." Furthermore, and after a long day of working in the Emergency Room as a volunteer-nurse and under the supervision of M. Evangelista, the (Emergency Room/ER supervisor) at the local hospital was when Emma’s biological parents met and decided to give Emma up for adoption. Paola surprisingly and as a humanitarian being, who has dedicated part of her youth on doing volunteer work for those in special needs, did not think twice and accepted the humanly proposal.
Nonetheless, powerless as she was and without the proper nursing skills to take care of Emma Julymar-eventsthat threw her over the edge by making her feel impotence. Immediately, Ms. Chavez decided to become part of the local hospital work-force by registering herself in the upcoming RN course this way becoming sufficient and with the professional health care capacity to care for Emma; something that brought special bounding between the two of them, not only in the care provider spectrum but also, at the closeness that only a special child as Emma required.
